FOMO Athletics may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, account details, order information, payment status and references, fulfilment and tracking information, and messages sent to customer support. Guest checkout information receives the same privacy protections as registered-account information.
How we use information
We use this information to create and manage orders, verify payments, reserve or release stock, arrange delivery or self-pickup, provide customer service, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in Malaysia.
Payments
Online payment is handled through the payment service selected at checkout. FOMO Athletics stores payment status and transaction references needed to verify and support an order, but does not directly store your payment card details.
Service providers
Information is shared only where necessary with service providers used to operate the store, such as payment processing, hosting infrastructure, courier and transactional email providers. They receive only the information reasonably required to provide their service or meet legal obligations.
