Order processing

Ready-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Preorder and custom orders are normally processed within 7–14 business days. Processing time is separate from courier delivery time.

Delivery charges

Postage and promotion eligibility are calculated by the server and shown before the order is placed. Selected products or collections may have separate shipping rules.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

• Peninsular Malaysia: 1–3 business days.
• Sabah and Sarawak: 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Courier delays, public holidays, severe weather and other events outside FOMO Athletics’ reasonable control may affect delivery time.

Delivery details and re-delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and for receiving or collecting the parcel. Reasonable re-delivery charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer address, failed delivery or failed collection may be charged to the customer.

If a delivery problem was caused by FOMO Athletics, FOMO Athletics will bear the reasonable re-delivery cost.

Self-pickup

Self-pickup is shown at checkout only when an active pickup location is available. Where selected, postage is RM0 and the confirmed location, hours and instructions are shown securely with the order details.
