Orders and product information

Orders are subject to server-confirmed price, availability and acceptance. Product colours may vary slightly by screen, and customers should review the size chart before ordering.

Pricing, availability and acceptance

Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed. The price, discount, postage, stock, order status and payment status confirmed by the FOMO Athletics server are authoritative. Information displayed in a browser or shopping bag does not override the confirmed server record.

FOMO Athletics may cancel and, where payment was received, arrange an appropriate refund for an order affected by a genuine stock, pricing, fraud or technical error.

Payment and fulfilment

An order marked pending is not proof of payment. Online payment is accepted only after verified payment confirmation. Delivery and self-pickup follow the method selected and confirmed at checkout.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds follow the order stage and the published Return & Refund Policy. A successful payment and a successful refund are separate records. Refunds are complete only after verification.

Intellectual property

Website content, FOMO Athletics branding, original artwork and product imagery remain owned by FOMO Athletics or their respective rights holders. Website content may not be copied, republished, sold or otherwise reused commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Reasonable responsibility

FOMO Athletics will provide products and services with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law. Liability will be assessed reasonably according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Please first raise any concern with fomoathletics@gmail.com so both parties can try to resolve it in good faith.
